Out with the old, in with the new

Which one is old? New? Ah, Cross Country season has started and everyone is getting the 'New Shoe Syndrome'. Asics have worked best for me so far. As you can see, it is not just the runners that are excited about new shoes, my dog seems to like them too! As with everything, you can't just get what you went in for. Luckily I was able to get a pair of running shorts too!
